Super Bowl 43 is over, bets have been settled, MVP’s have been named and yellow Gatorade poured over the winning coach. The game was good, one of the best I’ve ever seen. The commercials were just ok. There were only three that I really liked: the Pepsi commercial with Will.i.am; the etrade commercial with the babies; and the Sobe commercial with Ray Lewis and the lizards.
Even though everything seems to be settled, I still have some questions.
Carla from Bravo’s Top Chef: Carla won Super Bowl tickets Who did Carla take to the Super Bowl? She mentioned on the show that her husband and son love football. So, did Carla and her husband go to the Super Bowl or did her husband and son attend the game. Will Bravo show any clips from Carla at the Super Bowl on Top Chef? I know the show was filmed last summer but they can still do some creative editing.
Oops, just found the answer to this one from Carla’s Top Chef Q&A:
Bravotv.com: Are you going to the Super Bowl this weekend? Or did you give the tickets to the men in your life?
I am going to send the men in my life. The joy was watching Matthew’s face once he realized HE was going to the Super Bowl. Priceless!!! Noah is OVER THE MOON!
The White House Super Bowl Party: Was the White House Super Bowl Party just for the Senators/Congressmen that President Obama invited or were their families invited also? If their children went, did they have a separate area for the kids to have their own party? Did the President and senators sit around all polite and watch the game or did they holler, scream and taunt each other like real families and friends do? What did they eat – wings, chips and dip or some upscale froo froo food. Did they drink beer or Chardonnay?
Just a few things I’m curious about? What was your favorite commercial? Do you think the White House Super Bowl Party was very polite or like real families and friends?
