I agree. When I first saw the commercial I thought it was cute. Then... I realized just how not cute it was. The media has a large roll in helping us decide what is right or wrong. Even by dressing up wrong and calling it right. Sounds crazy, but some of us don't have minds of our own, and wait for TV, magazines, movies... to say this is good, or bad, or how we feel about other cultures.
